The Workplace Solutions development team design, develops, implements, and supports Web Development in the Digital Workplace Experience domain.

The Purpose of Your Role

Workplace Solutions provides solutions to manage 3rd party company employee’s benefits. This Squad strives to develop and deliver solutions that will give those employees a simplified responsive user experience.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

  • You are passionate about learning and the work you deliver.
  • You have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent and you want to learn more.
  • 5 or more years of development experience.
  • Working experience of a front-end technology e.g. Angular (preferable) / Reactjs / Vue etc
  • An innovation mindset and ability to positively impact squad's performance
  • Mentor more junior associates
  • Assist tech lead in the technical leadership in the team

The Workplace Solutions systems group, designs, develops and implements high volume secure online products and services to meet market and Fidelity enterprise needs while establishing long-term competitive advantage in the workplace benefits space. As one of the 3 main Operational arms of Fidelity – Workplace Solutions goal is to be the most trusted service provider to our clients - be they the Company the employee works for or in the Mobile teams case – the end employee.
